All of the Caramel Color, both liquid and powdered forms, produced by D.D. Williamson does not contain or come in contact with any of the following:
- Ascorbic Acid
- Azo-colors
- BHA or BHT
- Celery
- Eggs
- Fish, Shellfish, or Crustaceans
- Gallate
- Gelatin
- Lactose
- Meat or Poultry
- Milk or Dairy Products
- Mustard
- Nuts, Peanuts, or Tree Nuts
- Parabens
- Rye
- Sesame Seed
- Soy, Soya Protein, Soya Oil
- Yeast
Some of D.D. Williamson’s Caramel Colors do contain Sulphites and either Maize (Corn) or Wheat source as a raw material. Our Caramel Color manufactured in North America and South America does not contain Wheat or Gluten source as a raw material.
