Cinnamon and Sugar Topping

Ingredients (Kitchen-friendly)   Ingredients (metric)
1/4 c white sugar 55 g white sugar
1/8 c brown sugar 25 g brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon 2.5 g cinnamon
1 tsp D.D. Williamson
Caramel Color Powder
1 g D.D. Williamson
Caramel Color Powder

Directions:

  1. Combine the above ingredients.
  2. Have on hand for your favorite recipes or cinnamon toast.

Tips:

  • To create a lighter sugar mixture, put the sugars in a blender and pulse for a few seconds before adding the cinnamon and D.D. Williamson Caramel Color Powder.
