| 3 Tbsp margarine |
40 g margarine |
| 3 Tbsp flour |
30 g flour |
| 1 can (14.5 oz) beef broth |
411 g beef broth |
| 1/2 c milk |
125 g milk |
1 tsp D.D. Williamson
Caramel Color Powder |
2 g of D.D. Williamson
Caramel Color Powder |

Directions:
- Melt margarine in 2 quart saucepan over medium heat.
- Add flour.
- Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Stir in broth and milk.
- Add D.D. Williamson Caramel Color Powder
- With constant stirring, cook til gravy boils and reaches desired consistency.
- Transfer to serving container and enjoy.
Tips:
- This is a basic gravy recipe and can be created in just minutes.
- 2 beef bouillon cubes with 2 cups of water may replace the can of beef broth.
- If chicken flavor is your preference, chicken broth may be used instead of beef broth.
