To accompany Prime Rib
| Ingredients (Kitchen-friendly) |
| 3/4 c butter, plus 2 additional Tbsp |
| 2 Tbsp garlic, minced |
| 1/4 c beef broth |
| 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 Tbsp chives, preferable chopped fresh |
| ½ tsp D.D. Williamson Caramel Color Powder |

Directions:
- Melt 2 Tbsp of butter in medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Lightly brown the garlic by cooking in butter for 2-4 minutes.
- Add broth, Worcestershire sauce and D.D. Williamson Caramel Color Powder.
- Bring to boil, then remove from heat.
- Whisk in the remaining butter slowly.
- Stir in chives.
- Serve immediately with prime rib.
Tips:
To prepare the prime rib: Sprinkle a 5-6 lb bone-in prime rib roast with 1 Tbsp Kosher (coarse) salt, and 1 tsp pepper. Put the roast, rib side down in a shallow roasting pan. Bake at 450°F for 15 minutes; then bake at 325°F for 100 – 120 minutes (or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F). Remove from the oven and cover loosely with foil. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
