Eufala reminds us that the last place a pork chop will live before it moves to the tummy is in the sauce! Her honey-lime sauce makes that one lip-smacking address.

| 3/4 c chicken broth |
166 g chicken broth |
| 1 1/2 tsp honey |
14 g honey |
| 1/2 tsp lime juice |
3 g lime juice |
1/8 tsp D.D. Williamson
Caramel Color Powder |
0.35 g D.D. Williamson
Caramel Color Powder |
| 1/8 tsp garlic powder |
0.4 g garlic powder |
| dash of pepper |
0.13 g pepper |
| 2 tsp cornstarch |
5.75 g cornstarch |
| 1 Tbsp water |
15 g water |

Directions:
- Combine chicken broth, honey, lime juice, D.D. Williamson Caramel Color Powder, garlic powder, and pepper in a saucepan.
- Heat until boiling.
- While broth mixture is heating, in a separate cup, stir cornstarch and cold water together until smooth. When broth mixture boils, add cornstarch and water to the broth mixture.
- Return to a boil and let boil for 1-2 minutes or until thickened.
- Serve over grilled pork chops.
Tips:
- Before grilling pork chops they could be marinated over night in the following mixture:
- 1/2 c lime juice
- 1/2 c soy sauce, reduced-sodium
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 garlic cloves (garlic powder could be substituted)
- In case chicken broth is not easily accessible, a chicken bouillon cube dissolved in water will work.
