Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cake
| Ingredients (Kitchen-friendly) |
| 1 yellow cake mix |
| 1 box (3.5 ounce) vanilla pudding |
| 1 c milk |
| 1 c oil |
| 4 eggs |
| 8 ounces grated semi-sweet Baker’s chocolate |
| 4 Tbsp D.D. Williamson Caramel Color Powder |
| 1 package (12 ounce) semi-sweet chocolate chips |

Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350?F.
- Mix together the cake mix, pudding, and milk.
- Add the oil, eggs, grated chocolate, and D.D. Williamson Caramel Color Powder.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Bake in a greased and floured bunt pan for 50-60 minutes at 350?F.
- Enjoy.
Tips:
- This is a very rich cake and does not need any frosting. However, powdered sugar may be sifted over the top of the cake for top-notch eye appeal.
- This recipe also makes delicious cupcakes; fill muffin cups just over half full and bake for 29-33 minutes at 350?F.
- If you are opting for a smaller cake size, try two 9inch layer cakes; baking for 40-50 minutes at 350?F. Then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
