D.D. Williamson’s POWDERED CARAMEL COLOR NO. 642 is a non-sulphited type product frequently used in baked goods, sauces, soups, gravies, frozen foods and various dry mixes.

  2. Shelflife is based on storing the product sealed, in ambient storage conditions. Ambient conditions are 75 degress F (24 Degrees C) with a relative humidity of 60%.

Packed in 25kg net poly-lined bags.
