Williamson’s POWDERED CARAMEL COLOR NO. 626 is a free-flowing product that will not lump or cake under normal storage conditions. No. 626 is a yellow-brown type of particular value for spice blends, yellow-tint sauces or other products where a lighter color intensity is desired.
