Double Strength - Acid Proof - Class IV

Williamson’s Double Strength Acid Proof Caramel is a quality coloring made for general food and beverage use with approximately double the color intensity of the Single Strength Acid Proof. Designated as “ACID PROOF” because of its prolonged stability and brilliance when used in acidulated carbonated beverages, this caramel color is also extensively used in non-acidulated drinks and a wide range of processed foods.
